CHARACTER
ALIGNMENT: True Tweener
Scott doesn't bother with labels like 'faces' or 'heels'. All he sees are opponents. Everyone who steps into the ring with him is treated to the same level of brutality. Over the course of his career, he's garnered a worldwide following through his in-ring tenacity, straight-forward attitude and nonstop aggression. At the same time, however, he's burned countless bridges and friendships due to his volatile temper, brash outbursts and stubborn refusal to do things any way but his own. The man is unapologetic in everything he says and does, since as he puts it - "If I said it, I meant it." At his core, Scott is just a down-to-earth, genuine realist doing the best he can with the cards he was dealt. He doesn't go out of his way to be a good or bad guy, he simply acts on his own morals and impulses, whatever those may be.
PERSONALITY:
His past both in and out of the ring have left him jaded and cynical, not only towards wrestling but the world in general. He tries to find the good in things but usually expects to be disappointed. Though an intelligent man, he hides it behind a sarcastic attitude and openly challenging body language. With almost two decades of experience in combat sports, his tolerance for bullshit has whittled down to nothing. Scott detests the idea of ‘sports entertainment’, and openly avoids things like marketing or publicity. He’s a fighter. Nothing more, and nothing less, and woe be to he who tries to make him anything else. All that said, Scott’s deep respect for the business, both in its history and reputation, is second-to-none. He takes pride in being able to call himself a ‘professional wrestler’, and fiercely defends the industry against any and all nay-sayers.
ENTRANCE GEAR:
A simple black hoodie, tattered and worn with age.
IN-RING GEAR:
Black trunks with white trim around the waist and hem. A red ‘blood spatter’ design airbrushed along the right thigh. Basic black knee pads on both legs. Black boots with dark red laces. White tape on both wrists.
WRESTLING STYLE:
1. Technical
2. Smash-Mouth
For most of his career, Scott was considered one of, if not the best technician in recent memory. After spending a few years in Japan, Scott enhanced his style by adding in a few elements of Strong Style, delivering brutal kicks, knee strikes and elbows alongside his trademark suplexes and takedowns. In 2013, however, his right knee was all but destroyed in a match against Pat Evans, who delivered a hanging dragon screw that ripped the joint apart. Multiple surgeries restored his ability to walk and compete, however Scott lost most of the mobility in that knee, making it impossible to twist into his kicks. As a result, Scott switched from the martial arts strikes into more of a brawling street fighter style. While his submission and aerial skills are sometimes lacking compared to others, what he does know, he uses to the best of his abilities.
TENDENCY TO CHEAT: Sometimes
Scott will never blatantly cheat to win. You won't see him hitting low blows or grabbing a weapon just to get himself disqualified. However, using the ring and its environment to his advantage is almost a give-in. Throwing opponents into the ring post, apron, guardrail, dropping them on the ropes or turnbuckles, even something as simple as bending back a finger or stomping on the opponent's hand is all part of his playbook. He's not a fan of breaking the rules, but bending them is just part of the business far as he's concerned.
STRENGTHS:
1. Aggression: Pitbull-like intensity. Will not slow or stop until he wins or gets knocked out.
2. Resilience: Can absorb inhuman amounts of pain and damage. Will always get back up to fight.
3. Experience: Has seen and done it all. Very hard to psyche him out or shake his confidence.
WEAKNESSES:
1. Hot Head: Short Fuse + Violent Temper = Boom. If pushed too far, can easily get himself disqualified.
2. Injuries: Has amassed a multitude of career-shortening injuries that often catch up in longer matches.
3. Stubborn: Refuses to back down. Doesn't care about odds or numbers. Never stops to think things through.
STRONGEST MATCH TYPES:
Street Fight. Dog Collar. Steel Cage.
WEAKEST MATCH TYPES:
Ladder. Tag Team. #-Way. Rumble.
FAVORITE WEAPON:
Ring Environment. If rules allow weapons, then Brass Knuckles, Steel Chair or a wooden Baseball Bat.

NOTES
TAUNTS/MANNERISMS:
1. Will not hesitate to belt a valet, manager or even fan, (male or female), if they interfere with the match.
2. Never uses foreign objects outside of hardcore matches. The ring environment is fair game, however.
3. Always breaks clean and obeys the referee if the opponent reaches the ropes. No cheap shots or low blows.
4. Prefers to sidestep instead of counter aerial attempts. Smirks, shakes head or wags finger when they hit nothing.
5. Will spit in the face of or viciously slap opponents who run away or don't bring enough fight. Considers it an insult.
6. Never bridges his suplexes. They're meant for impact and damage. Short and snappy drops right on the opponent's head.
