Othello Rating for the overall Show (0-5): 4.5
Favorite Match: Archer/Conner for the sheer brutality of Archer.
Favorite Segment: Cross' opening promo. David Scott, too, just cuz.
Most Shocking Outcome: I don't think the turnout allowed for that unfortunately. "Kaybafe" would be Maurice bumbling his way into a huge win due to Cross.
Most Memorable Moment: That video game commercial. Wow. But Brenna's firing was cold. Ice cold.
MVP of the Show: Zombie Clan.
Overall Thoughts: This is an absolutely slick format and I find it very easy to read. The matches are concise and tell a clean story that is just as fulfilling as a fully written. The story elements were there and that is what is important. It's a format that I wouldn't mind seeing adopting across the board.

Othello Rating for the overall Show (0-5): 4.0
Favorite Match: Zombie Clan v Gordon/Anderson
Favorite Segment: Tokyo Zombie & Aokigahara
Most Shocking Outcome: N/A
Most Memorable Moment: One or two fun moments that stood out just from a realism perspective:
- Yeoman slipping off the ropes, playing up the ‘nerves’ of his first match
- Maurice swinging out of Juli’s swinging neckbreaker into his own knee, just a cool spot showing how unorthodox he is
MVP of the Show: Zombie Clan
Overall Thoughts: I enjoyed it. Looking forward to being on a couple more FTS’s. It reminds me a lot of shows like MLW or the free NJPW matches on Mondays. Plus it’ll make for extra chances at fed participation, storylines and promo practice, which is always nice.

Othello Rating for the overall Show (0-5): 3.5. Good structure for the show. I like the idea of having a double dose of Valor on a fortnightly basis.
Favorite Match: I guess Yeoman/Conner. Nice debut match for Yeoman. I like the idea of the character & how it was sold here. It’d be nice to see more from him.
Favorite Segment: Legit laughed at the precedence of wrestling thing. Kinda fell away towards the end for me, but the father correcting his son made this more than worthwhile.
For the fed relevant segs... opening seg had its charm, but I’ll give it to Recoba and Aoki. Solid intro from Scott as well.
Most Shocking Outcome: Genuinely, none, but IC wise, Yensman's steal and Brenna's firing.
Most Memorable Moment: Recoba's interference or the commercial
MVP of the Show: For the win and the seg, I'll give it to the Zombie clan.
Overall Thoughts: Lol Recoba. To his concern, his girlfriend’s job is on the line for repeatedly attacking her colleagues with a weapon. Decides to do the same thing. The Fox, indeed. Nice way for Yensman to win his match.
Only person Byrne seems to like is Cosmo. Gonna have a mutiny on her hands at this rate.

Othello Rating for the overall Show (0-5):4.3
Favorite Match: Zombies vs Gordon/Berlin
Favorite Segment: David Scott or the Commercial
Most Shocking Outcome: Yensman wins, making this show great
Most Memorable Moment:Damn, Brenna's firing was stone cold.
MVP of the Show: Zombies
Overall Thoughts: I love the flow of the show, I won't go as far as saying Blitz needs the same format as I think this gives us two shows with very distinct voices. Loved the 'staff' introduction, thought it gave it a nice bit of authenticity and made the audience care about the show before the first bell had even rung.

Loved the 'staff' introduction, thought it gave it a nice bit of authenticity and made the audience care about the show before the first bell had even rung. Wanted to quote and second this. I’ve been to plenty of feds where the GMs or Presidents were major on air characters, but not so much the announcers or bookers, etc. I like that VPW does that. It has an old school feel to it, since a lot of older feds made celebs of their staff- Solee in NWA, JR in WWF, Heenan just about everywhere. Even guys like “Red Shoes”, Earl Hebner or Dutch Mantel and Ole Anderson. Ok, rant over. Just wanted to back up the love for staff presence on air.
